If you received an incorrect item or if the item is defective/damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will happily replace the item. We do not accept returns or exchanges once 48 hours have passed.

We can only offer you replacements if they fall under the below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival
  • Parcels that are lost in transit

We do not accept returns or refunds if customers change their mind after receiving their order(s)

Please ensure that all the information you provide is correct before placing your order to make sure that your parcel reaches you in time and does not get lost in transit. International customers must provide a phone number.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos and/or videos and email us at info.vamptrends@gmail.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

Note: Vamp Trends will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or misroute parcels. This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

There are certain items where no refunds are granted

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, video game consoles, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Costumes, Party masks or any Seasonal items.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Steps for Receiving a Refund

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase or 48 hours after delivery (whichever comes first). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or 48 hours have passed after delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Email info.vamptrends@gmail.com with a detailed reason for return. Attach pictures and/or videos of the product that you wish to return that support your reason. Upon receiving your request, we'll begin processing it and drop you an update. 

In case of a return, the customer needs to contact us for the return address. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover customs fees for returns.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Packages that are Returned to Sender or Incorrect Address (if applicable)

Vamp Trends will not be held liable for packages that are returning to the sender due to incorrect information on the address. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct address otherwise, the package may not be delivered.

Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, relabel, and reship them. However, you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total. So we request you to be careful while entering your information.

If you think you have entered the wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order for us to correct it.

In case of a return, the customer needs to contact us for the return address. Vamp trends will not be responsible for packages that are returned to the sender.

In the case that the customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address and the item is delivered, Vamp trends will not be responsible for the lost item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info.vamptrends@gmail.com.

In case of damaged or incorrect item(s) (if applicable)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture and/or video of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon the receipt of the order and we will send you a replacement.

Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) or video before we send a replacement. The customer will also have to return the damaged item in order to receive a replacement. Further instructions will be provided through email. 

Vamp Trends reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.vamptrends@gmail.com

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Can I Cancel My Order Once It Has Been Placed?

Yes. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours from the time of purchase. We fulfill all orders within 12 hours. We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for cancellations to reimburse for the time and effort spent in processing an order. If the item has been marked as shipped unfortunately we are no longer able to cancel your order.

Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. Upon receipt, we will process your request and a refund if applicable will be issued within 24-48 hours.

If the item(s) are still in transit, we can not provide any refunds until the item arrives in our possession.
